Most families do not just need documents. They need the right plan, designed by the right attorney, explained clearly, signed correctly, and connected to their assets.

Estate Planning Done Right - With Attorney Guidance From Start to Finish

At NTX Estate Law, we guide you through the entire estate planning process so your family is not left guessing when it matters most.

Before You Hire an Estate Planning Attorney, Make Sure You Know What You’re Actually Getting.

A lot of firms can prepare will and trust documents.

That is not the whole job.

The real question is whether your attorney is going to help you choose the right structure, draft the plan around your family, explain it clearly, help you sign it correctly, connect it to your assets, and remain available when practical questions come up later.

That is the difference between buying documents and creating an estate plan your family can actually use when it matters.

Not Just Documents. A Guided Legal Process Designed to Work.

A plan only matters if it works when your family needs it.

That is why our process is built around guidance, clarity, proper execution, and practical follow-through.

1. Right-Fit Planning Recommendation

You do not have to know whether you need a will, living trust, transfer on death deed, beneficiary updates, or more advanced planning before you call.

We help you choose the right structure based on your family, assets, goals, and concerns.

2. Direct Attorney Guidance

You work directly with an estate planning attorney from the beginning.

Your questions are answered by the person responsible for helping design your plan, not by someone reading from a script or simply collecting information for later.

3. Your Attorney Drafts Your Plan

The attorney who learns about your family, your goals, and your concerns is the attorney who drafts your actual estate plan.

No outsourcing. No handoff to a document-prep team. No important details lost in translation.

4. Custom Video Walkthrough

When your drafts are ready, you do not just receive a packet of legal documents and a vague instruction to review them.

You receive a custom attorney-recorded video walkthrough of your actual plan, explaining what it says, why it was designed that way, and how the pieces work together.

5. Proper Signing and Notarization

Estate planning documents have to be signed correctly.

We help make sure your plan is properly executed, witnessed, and notarized, either in our Keller office or at home when needed.

6. Asset Connection to Your Plan

A trust only works if it is connected to your assets.

When applicable, we help with deed work for your real estate, provide guidance on beneficiary designations, assist with account coordination, and directly guide you on steps needed to make your plan effective.

7. Digital Backup

After signing, we keep a digital backup of your signed estate plan and share a digital copy with you as well.

If your portfolio is ever lost, damaged, or unavailable, there is still a secure backup of the documents your family may need.

8. Ongoing Practical Support

Life changes. Assets change. Questions come up.

After signing, our clients can continue reaching out with practical funding and maintenance questions as new assets are acquired, accounts change, or family circumstances evolve.

There Is No One-Size-Fits-All Estate Plan...
But Your Options Can Be Clearly Priced.

Some families need a straightforward will-based plan. Others need a revocable living trust. Some need additional protections for children, remarriage, incapacity, or long-term inheritance planning.

We carefully created flat-fee planning options that fit the most common family needs.

Your attorney will help guide you toward the option that fits your goals before you decide whether to move forward.
