Thoughtfully Crafted Estate Planning Packages
for Texas Families
At NTX Estate Law, we believe every Texas family deserves an estate plan that actually protects their Legacy, not just a stack of legal documents.
Every family is different - which is why we offer three carefully designed planning paths. Each plan focuses on protection, clarity, and long-term peace of mind, delivered with transparent flat-fees and a supportive, attorney-guided process.
This isn’t simply “buying documents.” This is building a protection strategy tailored to the people you care about most.
Which Plan is Right for Your Family?
Before diving into the details, here's the way to think about our plans:
The Essentials
I want a legal foundation and emergency protections. The "break glass in case of emergency" plan.
Foundational Trust Plan
I want to take additional steps to avoid probate, simplify things for my family, and plan for contingencies.
Legacy Vault Plan
I want long-term protections, structured inheritances, and generational planning to ensure a lasting legacy.
Each plan serves a different need. What matters most is choosing the one that truly covers the goals you have for your family and legacy (not simply the lowest-cost option).

Common Questions
You have questions - We have answers
Yes! Our Estate Planning Attorneys focus exclusively in this area of law – in particular on building customized solutions for families that actually work when needed most. Legacy Stewardship is at the heart of everything we do at NTX Estate Law.
Start with a 20 minutes Discovery Call with our team to make sure we’re the right fit for your needs. If we both agree it’s a good fit, schedule a Design Meeting with your Estate Planning Attorney in person or via Zoom. Once your plan is designed, the Attorney will draft the plan and send you a customized review video explaining every part. We discuss updates/questions as much as needed, and when a final version is agreed to our mobile notaries will Sign the Plan with you at home around your schedule (or you can come into our Keller office).
Legacy Stewardship is about making sure your plan actually works when needed. A big part of that is when your final plan is signed, we don’t disappear! We work together to ensure your plan works as intended with unlimited guidance on Title/Beneficiary updates. As life changes, we’re here to answer any questions that come up and make adjustments as needed as well – just send your estate planning attorney an email or give us a call anytime!
After your design meeting with your estate planning attorney, the initial drafts and your customized video walkthrough will typically be ready within 1-2 weeks. You can take as much time as you need to review your plan and ask any questions directly with your attorney. Most clients will complete their plan in 4-6 weeks start-to-finish. Expedited plans are available as well – just tell us your timeline when we first talk if a faster plan is needed and we can typically accomodate.
No! While we do have an office location in Keller, Texas that our team works out of full time, you do NOT have to step foot in our office if virtual is more convenient for you. Our modern approach allows us to come to you via video conferencing without losing the touch of personal service. When your final plan is ready, mobile notary service can help accomodate even the busiest of schedules wherever it’s most convenient for you. Stay in touch with your attorney anytime via phone, text, email, or Zoom, at your preference, without losing any valuable time.
No! We are not glorified resellers of documents and we are not beholden to one software company/template. All of our estate planning packages are custom designed to fit your unique needs and drafted personally by the attorney assisting you. Our estate planning attorneys have curated drafting preferences they’ve established for common situations based on 20+ years of experience, but any part of your plan can be completely customized to fit your family.
Yes, our estate planning packages typically include our office directly transferring real estate, business interest, and personal property for you (including recording deeds with the County Clerk). For financial accounts, we’ll directly advise based on your individual accounts, but we’ll often need your participation in making the update with the financial institution (either title update or beneficiary update). You won’t fly solo here though, we’ll walk you through it step by step and help with any needed forms.
For plans that fall into one of our flat fee offerings, they will typically range from $2,000 – $5,000 based on the overall goals and complexity. Even with standard offerings that fit most family situations and goals, it’s important to remember that there are always outliers to consider and plan for accordingly. Remember, you’re not shopping for documents, you’re looking for effective Legal Counsel to best protect your loved ones and leave behind a New Legacy.
